I about to purchase a HD 4350 video card and don’t know if my monitor, an HP w19e, will be able to show HD quality videos. Spec sheet says nothing abt being HD capable. Is there any other way of knowing?

My video card is a Radeon X1650 Pro PCIe and I use a DVI to VGA adapter to connect my LCD hd monitor to it. I was wondering if such a setup is HD ready or not?
