		<description>in my experience, it&#039;s tough to appreciate the quality of &quot;full hd&quot; without a screen at least twice that size, and i&#039;m a bit of a videophile. so i can understand that (assuming your &quot;normal screen&quot; is an crt display with component hook ups?) that you&#039;d see little difference, with or without &quot;full&quot; 1080p. 

to answer your question, the specs of that monitor look pretty solid. 21.5 is a decent size, but again relatively small as far as hd displays go. you probably could have paid a skooch less, but i wouldn&#039;t necessarily say &quot;suckered.&quot; you&#039;ll get much use out of that screen, wether you use it just with the ps3 or hook a computer to it, so i&#039;m sure you&#039;ll get your money&#039;s worth</description>
